YOUR PERSONAL FITNESS EXPERIENCE!
There is no generic workout of the day here. At Calgary Central, every member has their own individual program, dedicated professional coach, all to help them reach their unique goals. We use minimal equipment, and the workouts are challenging. To be a member, you must train two times a week, minimum. Machines are limited, there are no mirrors, and definitely no TV's. We are a community of like minded individuals that see how fitness is an anchor in living a larger life!
